If you need to inform the school of any medical conditions or concerns then please do so by visiting the office and completing a health care plan. Alternatively, such a form can be downloaded below, completed, and either returned to the office by hand or email for the attention of Mrs K Morgan – coedffrancprimary@npted.org
Please click the link below to find a holiday notification form if you intend to book a holiday in school time. Please note that all holidays are recorded as unauthorised absences from school. These can also be printed and sent in to the school office, or emailed, when completed – coedffrancprimary@npted.org
