Giving our children the roots to grow and the wings to fly...

Croeso i Coedffranc Primary School

As a school we want to achieve excellence in all areas of our provision. We aim to be a school where all pupils strive to flourish personally, emotionally and academically. We aim to be a school where all of our team are highly trained, highly motivated and passionate about all pupils’ progress. We strive for our local community to view us proudly as a place of safety, support and progress for their children. A trusted place where the aspirations for their children are in safe, secure and skilled hands.’

Welcome to our school website!

We’re proud to be able to welcome you to our school website which will provide you with information on and a flavour of Coedffranc Primary School.

I’m happy to have taken over as Acting Headteacher while Mr. Jones is on secondment and am excited to lead this happy, friendly school which has a very caring and nurturing ethos. We fully believe our school to be an amazing place with fantastic pupils and dedicated staff which serves a community who we are grateful to for supporting our efforts.

We are always very proud of our pupils and our school teaching teams strive to provide a wide range of exciting real-life opportunities and innovative learning experiences so that our children can make progress in their skills, knowledge and understanding while moving closer and closer to achieving the four purposes of our Curriculum.

We firmly believe our role is to provide every child with ‘the roots to grow and the wings to fly.’ These roots take the form of developing excellent literacy, numeracy and digital competency skills which sits alongside our exciting curriculum which inspires our children to take off with their learning and achieve their dreams showing creativity, resilience and a genuine growth-mindset.

We are always looking at ways to further improve our school and the experiences we provide for all of our children. We are strongly committed to our community, and not just the pupils within our school. We see the strong partnership with parents and carers as vital to our children reaching their potential. If you’d like any further information about our school or if you’re thinking about joining us to share your child’s learning journey, please get in touch.
